IOM Helsinki and the Finnish Ombudsman for Minorities carried out a public awareness-raising campaign on Counter-Trafficking in October 2011. The campaign aimed at contributing to an overall enhancement of the methods and resources for identifying victims of trafficking in Finland. The campaign was first ever to mark the occasion of the European Day against Human Trafficking on 18 October in Finland.
